Terms and refund policy

This document is a public offer by the Arteas project (the “Project”) to provide access to additional features of the Lineage II game server “Arteas” (https://l2arteas.com). Making a payment on the website means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

Playing on the server is free. Paid features are not required to play and are purchased at the user's own choice.

The Project credits the in-game currency Gold Einhasad (“Gold”) to the user's website account balance. Gold is used to obtain in-game items and services: premium account, shop items, roulette and so on.

Gold, in-game items and characters are not the user's property, have no monetary value outside the server and cannot be exchanged back for money. The user receives the right to use them on the Arteas server under the server rules.

The price of Gold is shown on the top-up page in rubles. Payment is accepted via the GoDonate payment service (godonate.ru): SBP, Russian and foreign bank cards. Card data is processed by the payment service; the Project does not receive it.

Gold is credited to the balance automatically right after the payment service confirms the payment. The service is considered rendered at the moment of crediting.

Purchased Gold and the items and services obtained with it are non-refundable. Please make your purchase decision carefully. Money is refunded only at the request of competent government authorities or a court, in cases provided for by law.

If Gold was not credited after payment due to a technical error, contact support (the website chat or a Discord ticket) with your website account name, the payment date and amount — Gold will be credited manually after verification.

If the user disputes a payment through their bank (chargeback), the Gold credited for it is deducted from the balance; the account may be banned.

Breaking the server rules (bots, cheats, bug abuse, selling accounts or in-game items for real money, etc.) may lead to an account ban. Gold and items of a banned account are not refunded or compensated.

The Project may change game mechanics, prices and item contents, and may wipe progress, with prior notice on the website and Discord. This is not grounds for a refund.

The Project makes efforts to keep the server running but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance and outages are possible.

The user must be at least 18 years old, or the payment is made with the consent of parents or legal guardians.

The Project may change this offer; a new edition takes effect when published on this page. A payment is governed by the edition in effect at the time of payment.
